PROJECT-SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

Professional IT skills are not always enough. If you are extending an existing IT system, you will expect the developers to learn its architecture and design before they get down to work. Another project may require skills and knowledge (perhaps non-IT) that are specific to your business, project or company.

If that is the case, we will delegate an IT analyst who will receive that customer-specific knowledge from you and then transfer it to the developers who will work for you. If your project or business-specific knowledge is already gathered in a training course or set of documents, you can provide our representative with the appropriate training. If your knowledge base is not organized, you can work with our analyst to build a customer-specific knowledge base that can be conveyed to other developers.

We will take care of knowledge transfer among our employees so that this one-time process does not need to be repeated. Once you share your project or business-specific knowledge with us, you can make use of it when specifying requirements whenever you need additional resources, thereby cutting down on training costs.
