JavaPeople are top-level IT professionals and developers, who will work for you,
completing the tasks and goals you set. You can think of them as "virtual
human resources".
Real-life projects require specific skills and specialization. To make sure that
resources you get meet your needs, you will need to tell us about the skills and
knowledge required for your work or project. You can pick a predefined profile
(such as Java ME Developer or Web applications Java developer)
or you can come up with a list of specific skills, technologies and tools.
Some tasks may require knowledge and skills that are specific to your business,
project or company. If that is the case, we will delegate an IT analyst who will
receive that customer-specific knowledge
and then transfer it to the developers who
will work for you. This one-time process does not need to be repeated. If, for
example, you decide that you want to double your JavaPeople resources, you will not
have to train any additional people - we will propagate your knowledge as necessary.
Hiring employees normally involves a lot of HR management hassle. That is not the
case with JavaPeople. With JavaPeople, you define tasks,
assign them to resources
("virtual developers") and then you get the results. You do not have to deal
with recruiting, employee relations management, team building, etc. as we will
handle this for you. In fact, you will not know the developers’ names or ever
need to contact them directly. You will only be contacted by our customer assistant
or project manager, who will be accepting your assignments, handing them out to
our developers and managing quality assurance.
