In 2007 we will offer 5 trial periods every month from February to December.

A trial period offered for a particular month can start on any day of that month and lasts between 2 and 4 calendar weeks.

Within a trial period the customer will receive:

• between 80 and 160 hours of work of a resource with required skills*,
• work model: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday,
• task results delivery: at the end of day a task has been completed.

Trial period terms, conditions and guarantees:

• The customer will not pay for task results they do not accept (see JavaPeople Distilled for a full description of the service).
• The price of one working hour is 22 EUR (net price subject to VAT).
• The customer must pre-pay 10% of the total price (number of ordered working hours multiplied by 22 EUR) before the trial period beginning.
• During the first week (the first 40 working hours) the customer may quit the trial period at any time without charge (other than the 10% pre-payment).
• After the first week (after the first 40 working hours) the customer may quit at any time and will be charged with only 50% of the price of the working hours used so far.
• If the customer is not satisfied with the overall service after the trial period is over, they will be charged with only 50% of the total price.

We will be happy to seamlessly follow the trial period with regular service. The terms and conditions for the regular service can be arranged before the trial period.

The number of trial periods is limited to 5 per month. The 10% pre-payment is required to book the trial period in advance. One customer may receive only one trial period.
